Online Training Program
Designed to prepare new and existing team members for roles within the hearing sector, this program provides foundational knowledge of the hearing industry, common hearing conditions, customer service standards and hearing aid troubleshooting.
This course is ideal for:

New employees commencing work in a hearing clinic

Existing staff seeking structured industry knowledge

Individuals considering progression to the Certificate IV or Diploma of Audiometry
Participants will develop the technical understanding and client communication skills required to contribute confidently to a practice environment from day one.
Our online delivery model allows candidates to study remotely from anywhere in Australia or internationally, including rural areas where face-to-face training may be difficult. Content is delivered by qualified trainers and includes scheduled live online sessions for guided learning and interaction.
The program includes the nationally recognised unit BSBCUS301 – Deliver and monitor a service to customers, which may contribute towards future qualifications, including the Certificate IV and Diploma of Audiometry.

Candidates may enrol from any location. Australian residency is not required.

Investment
The total investment is $395 AUD GST inclusive, per participant.
The program consists of three separate 4-hour live online sessions, plus completion of an assignment. Sessions are interactive (not pre-recorded) and include a workbook and quizzes to support engagement and understanding.
Pre-registration is required. A confirmation email containing further instructions will be automatically issued to the registered email address.
Please note that fees are non-refundable once payment has been received.

Tools and Resources
Participants require access to a stable internet connection for Zoom sessions and a computer to download learning materials and upload coursework.
Attendance
Full attendance across all four live sessions is mandatory for program completion.
Assessments
Successful completion of homework and a written assignment (completed in the participant’s own time) is required to achieve the nationally recognised unit BSBCUS301 – Deliver and monitor a service to customers.
